We strive to take the work out of wine by offering a customizable suite of services during the construction and installation of your custom wine space. Members of the Classic team will meet with you to discuss the services that would best suit your cellar construction project.
After the initial consultation our designers work loop in other members of the team which may include storage, logistics, inventory, retail and advisory members. If you need short-term storage while the cellar is being built our storage and logistics team jumps into action to pack and transport the collection back to the nearest Classic facility. While it is in storage our inventory team can complete a detailed inventory and then work with you to determine the best way to load the collection into the new cellar upon completion. The inventory can also be analyzed by both our retail and advisory team to help plug any gaps or obtain estimates if you would like to sell some of those bottles.
After the installation and testing is complete we will send you periodic reminders regarding maintenance on the system so you don't have any unexpected issues. We also offer ongoing temperature monitoring of your cellar and if we see things out of whack we can contact you (or your designated contact in case you travel frequently) and dispatch the resources to resolve the issue.
