Inspired by a trip to the south of France, this Provençal-style rosé isn't made using the saignee method. Instead it's made from grapes that are grown specifically for this bottling.

This rosé is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache that is fermented in stainless steel. It's a lovely expression of fresh fruit and acidity. Tangy, light and complex, it unfurls flavors of cherry, lime and grapefruit alongside a stony texture. *Editors' Choice* (VB)

The 2018 Rosé is a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Pale to medium salmon-pink in color, it's scented of baker’s yeast, stone, cantaloupe, lemon pith and light notes of herbs and cheese rind with bright red berry character and a peachy core. Light to medium-bodied, it has a great core of savory fruit with juicy acidity and a textured finish. This feels more serious than the average rosé.
