Mark received my collection, transferred it to my locker and notified me the same day. I didn’t have to lift a finger! I want to have access to my collection on my schedule, so I liked that I could get into my locker 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. The other storage facilities I contacted were much more limited and didn’t offer the access and security that CWS does. Then when I moved from Dallas to California, Mark again helped me find a reliable shipper and offered to transport my wine to the shipper in his refrigerated van (important as Dallas in the summer is pretty hot). It’s a very friendly, professionally run facility with great service. Now if only they were in California…”
