Lease Specials – To help our new customers transfer their wine collection to our Southlake facility, we will pick-up your wine in our refrigerated van and transfer it to your locker free of charge. Once we have a signed lease for a 24 case locker or larger, we will arrange a pick-up time to transfer your wine from any location within the DFW Metroplex – whether your home, office or another storage facility. Referral Program – For each new client that you refer to Classic Wine Storage you will receive a credit equal to one month of the new client’s lease.
Storage Locker Rates – All locker leases are based on a 12 month contract. If you need temporary or month-to-month storage please call or email us for rates. Case storage lockers are designed to accommodate boxes of wine (great for long-term storage) while racked lockers accommodate individual bottles for easy access. We have a variety of locker sizes and can customize a solution to meet your specific needs.

Case storage capacity assumes standard cardboard size cases. Wooden boxes or carrier shipping cartons are larger and may reduce locker capacity. Call or email us with the number and type of cases you need to store and we will get back to you with the most cost-effective solution for your collection.

Pickup and Delivery – The following rates apply for all pickup and deliveries:
◊ $22 per pickup or delivery within the DFW Metroplex (up to 3 cases of wine per trip). Standard hours are between the hours of 9am and 3pm, Monday through Friday. 24 hrs advance notice required.
◊ A 20% surcharge will apply for pickup or delivery outside of standard hours or for less than 24 hrs notice.
◊ We can pick up or deliver wine outside the DFW Metroplex; call or email us for rates.
Pulling Services
◊ $8 per case. The client must designate which case(s) the wine is stored in and authorize CWS access to the client’s locker(s).
Inventory Management
◊ There are many options to manage your cellar and CWS is familiar will all major products. Everything from a simple one-time inventory to a barcoded solution complete with scanners and dedicated hardware are available. An inventory can be completed onsite at the CWS facility for storage or moving clients or an in-home inventory and managed cellar solution is also available. Please contact us for additional information on the types of inventory and rates.
◊ Depending on a client’s preferences, CWS can provide additional, ongoing cellar management service up to a complete, turn-key management service. Please call us to discuss options.
Stocking – CWS will transfer wine to the client’s locker(s) that we have picked up or that has been delivered direct to our facility free of charge for case storage clients. A charge of $5 per case will apply for transferring wine to racked storage, with a minimum charge of $5 per delivery.
Moving Services – For moves within the DFW Metroplex, CWS will design a customized moving package, depending on the size of the collection, temporary storage that may be needed, and the type and amount of packing materials required. For out of town or out of state moves, we will coordinate with the shipper of your choice to ensure that the move process is seamless and is conducted under the strictest quality standards.
